1. What we sell

NorthLedger sells downloadable digital products, including spreadsheet business systems, AI prompt packs, guides, and printable templates. All products are delivered digitally; nothing physical is shipped.

2. Orders and delivery

Orders are processed by our payment partner, Paddle, who acts as the Merchant of Record. After payment, download links are delivered instantly on-screen and by email. If a download link does not arrive, contact us and we will resend it within one business day.

3. License

Unless stated otherwise on the product page, each purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal or internal business use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly share the files or your download links.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use our products for unlawful purposes.
Do not misrepresent our templates as your own original work for resale.
Do not attempt to reverse-engineer protected macros or formulas for redistribution.

5. Intellectual property

All content, designs, and files remain the intellectual property of NorthLedger. Purchase grants a license, not ownership.

6. Limitation of liability

Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NorthLedger is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Templates that perform calculations are aids, not professional financial, tax, or legal advice.
